Updating and transitional implementation of the territorial housing improvement scheme, stemming from deliberation CT 13-5-2008, pending the permanent scheme planned by Saint-Martin's Local Housing Program (PLH) 2025-2030.

The Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin acknowledges the Collectivity's commitment to strengthening its efforts to improve private housing and combat substandard housing. The CESC emphasizes that difficulties in accessing decent housing are now a major challenge for many Saint-Martin families, in a context marked by a strained real estate market, the aging of existing housing stock, and the persistent consequences of Hurricane IRMA.
