The Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin has received report No. 11 relating to the adoption of a territorial project for the development, promotion and animation of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) ecosystem and to the approval of a multi-year agreement of objectives between the Collectivity of Saint-Martin and ESS France Overseas for the period 2026-2028.
