The Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin has received the report relating to the authorization of the signing of a credit agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD), relating to the partial pre-financing of the State subsidy under the Convergence and Transformation Contract (CCT), for the rehabilitation of the Concordia Media Library (CCT), for the rehabilitation of the Concordia Media Library including a cyclone shelter.
