The Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin has received the report relating to the authorization of the signing of a credit agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD), relating to the partial pre-financing of the State grant under the Green Fund, for the bio-environmental upgrade of the Saint-Martin fire station.
