Implementation of program authorizations and payment appropriations (AP/CP) as of the 2026 Initial Budget

The Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin takes note of the will of the Collectivity to implement, as of the 2026 initial budget, the multi-annual management of capital expenditure by means of program authorizations and payment credits (AP/CP).
